Went here with some overseas friends, showing them the dam and serpentine falls. Out of the car here for lunch. Not disappointed about what was on offer, but as a vegetarian had to stick with usual fries and garden salad. There is some GF food for meat eaters.Asked for a cappuchino, but the answer was 'we do not do fancy coffees'.There were many locals around, chatting and playing pool.Lunch was generous and tasted well. Will be back.

Went here on a rainy day in july. Had a good burger with large rustic fries. Certainly a good meal. No fancy coffee though --> cappuccino. Regular coffee is for free. Prices arent cheap.

We visit here at least once a week for pint and a meal. They have got their winter menu on now and yum it is good.We didn't expect to stay too long but, they had an open mic night. It was awesome. Different musicians and vocalists jamming together. So many talented people.Had an awesome night and absolutely loved Acoustic guitar/Vocals - Krissy SmithWow what an amazing voice. Highly recommend her for any gig.Email: [email protected] won't be disappointed.

Real family vibe, lovely friendly service in a great setting. There's nothing pretentious about this place. Be warned, they are big serves! I had the "go to" pub meal, a parmigiana and it didn't let me down

This tavern has the most amazing pub food. Every time we go here we have fish and chips. The fish is always cooked beautifully and the chips are just smashing. All the family were there and all enjoyed their meal

Food wasn't good. My husband asked them to leave salad off his burger and was told no you can't change anything. Then my father-in-law asked for more sour cream for his Nachos and was told he would have to go up and order more at the counter. My salt and pepper sqid was rubbery. So bad service bad food but the kids were entertained in the playground and it's a pretty pub.

We are absolutely appalled at the treatment we have received from your male manager working behind the bar. We are regulars at the tavern and often bring our friends from outside of the area with us. We understand if you have an abnormal amount of customers and your kitchen is taking strain, but there is no need to blast one word replies like "closed!" When enquiring about the kitchen and food orders!. It's also very concerning that your kitchen can't seem to handle patrons sitting at the tables you have available. I would suggest you get rid of tables, so it can match the capacity of your kitchen! Also, when your kitchen is closed, let your patrons know before you take their money at the bar!

You can't fault the atmosphere at the Jarrahdale Tavern. A short scenic drive through the hills makes this place a great place for a weekend lunch & is also a popular spot for those out for a ride on their motorbikes. There is lots of seating in different areas, we love the outdoor area, it is lovely & big & has a great kids playground so parents can enjoy a leisurely lunch or catch up with friends & the kids will be very happy too. The food can be a little pricy with an bowl of chips costing $12 but the burgers I saw coming out looked like huge meals. I don't mind paying a little extra though, when I can go somewhere so lovely & sit out in the sun while the kids are off happily playing for an hour or 2.
