Went thru with 2 very young grandchildren in the back for a treat, all right I didn't want to cook dinner. Ordered 2 hot cake meals and a chicken wrap. At the order station, I ordered and reiterated several times that it was TWO hot cake meals. Went to payment counter and paid. Should have mentally tallied it up and realise was a bit cheap. But did I mention the 3 year old and 2 year old in the back seat engaging me in an intellectual debate? Proceeded to collection counter where it was waiting. Can't fault the speed, once ordered that is. Remember it was peak hour. Needless to say I did query that only one apple juice was provided. Apparantly I only ordered one hot cake meal. Explained patiently and respectfully that I had ordered 2. But politely told I had only paid for one. So I just as politely requested the second one. Then the kicker. I would have to go around again. You know that peak hour line had got bigger. I tried to argue however they could not take money at the collection window. Perhaps an exception given the cash registers were but feet away, and they had got my order wrong. So I went around again. Demanded to see manager at money collection window. Explained I felt my McDonald's experience was somewhat lacking. She offered an apology and empathised with me. But nothing else. So paid for their somewhat terrible service. So the first order was cold when I got home. Except the butter which had melted. My chicken wrap also less inviting having cooled down. Does tend to jade one. Won't be back at that store, ever. I am sure that will impact their bottom line. I will sure show them. I rated the food terrible cause it tastes terrible when not hot. Caused by their lack of customer service, in making me go to the back of the que!! Makes Centrelink look good, nearly.

Purchased cheesy bacon fries. Got home and they were gravy. Lady said they would call back and didn't. I paid extra for nothing. Sent in a complaint, 'customer service' manager rang back with an attitude. Avoid. Every time I've been there prior, food always takes AGES.

Horrible service, always getting orders wrong. Waited in the drive thru to pay for 10 minutes with no one coming to the window, then when they finally show up no apology at all just told that there's no hotcakes. Maybe if this place had better more mature management then it would run a lot better!

Great location, easy to get in and out. Used Maccas new app and ordered before arrival, paid via app and collected in drive thru. Order was correct and ready when we got there, very impressed. Also has a poke stop lol

I dread when the kids want McDonalds as this is our closest and it's always a disaster. Highlights or lowlights have been as follows. Going through the drive through for apple pies asked to wait in the waiting bay, after over 15 mins walk in only to be told they forgot our order. Go through drive through for breakfast, get home a meal is missing, drive back only to be told they are no longer serving breakfast and can only offer a refund. Didn't help the one child who didn't have a meal!! We now check every order before we leave and 9 times out of 10 it is wrong. If at all possible we avoid going there and advise others to do the same. Seriously there needs to be some more training or staff at least need to give a damn

Every single time we have dropped in here the tables are FILTHY!! We struggle to find somewhere clean to sit, inside or outside. Manager, do something about this & all the orders your staff get wrong! No excuse......
