We went as a large group and all had the same dishes to share. Very tasty and not as spicy as I expected. The meat in the curries is good quality and tasty even if not exceptional. The paneer disher were my favourites as well as the kulfi at the end of the meal. The service was slightly disorganised possibly due to the size of our group. We did have plenty of takeaways.

This is one of our local restaurants and we frequent here regularly. The food has never let us down and the Chicken Madras and Butter Chicken are must haves. The staff are friendly and the portion sizes quite big. Prices are very reasonable and there is parking at the rear or 200 mtrs further up Main Street.

I have previously written a review for this place. I love the food plain and simple, I can't fault that however I refuse to use this place again on the grounds that they just DO NOT LISTEN to what you ask for. I'm really annoyed about this, especially spending money on what essentially goes straight into the bin!!It's not that hard. I asked for Goan Fish curry STRICTLY NO CHILLI. They said 'we will make it very mild'. I said no chilli, they said mild so I again, put my faith in them after I've already gone through this issue dining in. Delivery arrived and the dish was so hot you could see the chilli oil sitting on top. It was so hot I was coughing, started sweating and bit my tounge because it was so numb, so am now nursing an ulcer as well. I phoned them back and was as polite as I could be. They rectified the order and redelivered what was supposed to be my Goan Fish curry WITH NO CHILLI. I was so so very angry I didn't bother calling them back. I opened the container and there are two whole chillies sitting on top. It was too hot. Needless to say I threw it in the bin and ate toast for tea. I was not happy at all! Chilli & Pepper take note. When someone says NO CHILLI, DON'T PUT CHILLI IN THEIR FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We found this restaurant which had just opened in Main Street. The staff are friendly and very helpful, the food was excellent and the lunch menu of $9.90 including rice was outstanding with a good choice of meal. Went there for dinner with family for our Anniversary and everyone enjoyed their meals. Will definitely be a regular customer as we have now been a few times and it has always been very tasty. Make the best Naan bread.

My friends have been recommending this restaurant to me for quite a while, and being the indian food lover I am and being in my local area I was very keen to check this place out and support my local business. As we ate over a time limited lunch of only one hour, we phoned up and pre-ordered our meals. 1 x vegetarian lunch curry special dish, 1 x goan fish, vegetable briyani and one of dish that I can't remember what it was. It was highly emphasised, and I mean emphasised that there was to be absolutely no chilli in the goan fish and vegetable biryani. Upon arrival at the restaurant and advising we had pre-ordered, the first bit of food to come out was my friends dish and some naan bread. The goan fish curry came next, while my friend sat waiting for hers, which they didn't have ready yet. After waiting 10 minutes I asked where the vegetable biryani was and they had forgotten it on our order. When it finally came out it was so hot with chilli I couldn't take more than one bite. I was disappointed as this is why we pre-ordered. The staff offered me something to cool my palate but it was too late. I cannot stand chilli, it doesn't sit well in my stomach and I generally hate the that it overpowers food that I can't enjoy the other tastes. We were not charged for this dish. The staff member serving us was very friendly, sorry for the errors that were made and did try his best. On this experience I will still go back to this place, the food is delicious and I appreciate the fact that the staff recognised and accepted their errors and were genuinely sorry for not providing us with what we expected. I do look forward to going back and enjoying the food, however this time I will not pre-order in concern that the order and advice of absolutely no chilli didn't get through to the chef.It was still a lovely lunch. I hope Chilli and Pepper stay around and have success as it's great to have such a nice indian restaurant in my local areas.

Thank goodness for Chilli and Pepper opening in the area. The food is traditional, hot, fresh and value for money. The staff are always friendly and polite and after going there on more than one occasion this was not just a one off scenario. Great if you live within walking distance as they are fully licenced and have a decent range of wines and beer.
