Made a reservation for three here to celebrate my mom's visit and departure, as she loves French food.

I was extremely dissapointed. On my arrival I walked inside to ask a waitress if there was table service or did I have to order at the bar? This was my first (and last) visit. The girl said I could order at my table. I sat down and waited.....and waited....and waited. The girl who I asked walked past me twice and wasnt serving anyone else. I had to raise my hand and wave frantically to get a menu. I was not impressed at this stage. I only wanted a coffee and a snack. Evengually she came over ( with no menu) and I had to ask " could I have a menu olease"? To which I finally got a menu. Its a French restaurant, I wanted a croissant. I like croissants. then I was told I could not have a croissant, as it was after 10.30am. I got up and took my money elsewhere. Not impressed. French pretentious rubbish.

I walked into this restaurant today and at no time did the waitstaff show any interest at all. With a vague wave, I was told to choose a table and then at all times afterwards had to signal waiters for attention - to order, ask for water and drinks and ask for the menu and bill. I had steak frites and that was fine. It was not busy. I would have ordered coffee but gave up. It's a pity as the food was quite good. I won't be back.

I met a friend here for lunch and found it well suited for us to have a conversation over a light meal. The salad choices were different and nice. Tables are close together so can be a bit hard to negotiate but that's the only fault. Cash helps as Credit card surcharges apply n

Opening Lunch was a real treat! An amazing Menu covering Breakfast- Le Snack & Le Main + Speciality, Salades, Fromage, Desserts & Sides. An extensive Drinks menu is on the reverse side of Menu.We chose a Melted Brie with truffle honey, toasted walnuts , Watercress & baguette to share. It was delicious.I had a Seared Tuna Salad & friends had the Smoked Salmon Salad & the Char -grilled Chicken Salad. All 3 Salads were fresh, tasty & a good size…not too large, just sufficient for lunch on a very hot day.Staff were friendly & attentive to our needs without being invasive.A worthwhile addition to the area & I wish them well.A place to frequent when in the area.
